The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four to six years of direct experience in HR management preferably in a creative or services environment. We are seeking an HR Generalist that is responsible for performance management, learning and development, recruiting and retention, and the employee experience. HR accreditation and certification a strong plus.

Leadership: This person will work closely with the leadership team on all aspects of the employee experience. They will lead by example, have an entrepreneurial spirit at heart and a desire to take the employee experience to the next level.
HR/People development: Provide guidance on coaching and development across levels; have a consistent pulse on employee/team health; responsible for employee relations, internal communications, retention, culture, and team development; oversee coaching and mentoring programs; manage annual review process; work with leadership team to build and maintain appropriate HR programs; manage new employee orientation, onboarding and exit experience; track and manage PTO; recruiting program; administer benefits and 401(k) plans.
Recruiting: Manage full cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing to interviewing, offer and onboarding process. Represent the agency values and culture throughout the process.
Employee relations: Work closely with all levels of employees to build relationships, provide HR support and drive the business strategy. Experience interacting with senior management a must.
Project management/Organization: Create and implement process and procedures for the operations of the agency; exercise strong time and deadline management skills; juggle multiple priorities and communicate updates back to team; demonstrate calm under pressure; pay strong attention to detail; drive projects through to completion; take initiative and be proactive across the organization.
Office culture: Collaborate with operations and financial team to ensure optimal office functionality; play a leadership role in weekly agency and leadership meetings; work closely with various vendors; and lend a hand in all aspects of creating a warm, collaborative environment and culture for learning, development and growth.
